When my weight loss plateaus what should I do?

If you introduce a positive stress to it (exercise), it adapts and it is more efficient at supplying oxygen, efficient at clearing lactic acid (burning muscle pain) and connecting muscle tissue more efficiently making it feel easier. This makes you less effective as a burning machine.
