MEET THE TEAM
Andrew Simpson – Director
Andrew completed his Bachelor of Business/Exercise Science program in 2005. Since then, he has travelled through Europe and worked in hospitals all over England as a Cardiac Physiologist over an 18 month period. Andrew returned to specialise in muscular skeletal rehabilitation, occupational rehabilitation and chronic disease management. Andrew spent 18 months working in Mackay, being a major contributor to a large injury prevention program at one of the biggest mines in Australia. Andrew returned to Brisbane and worked in corporate health with one of Australia’s leading corporate health providers and then started his own business on the Gold Coast called Body Movements Exercise Physiology. This mobile business continues to thrive. He then started my Health Team in 2012 with Mark Antonello and has been integral in its success.
Andrew’s interest in all sports, in particular, soccer, cycling and surfing has given him an appreciation for health and fitness which he imparts on all of his clients.

Mark Antonello – Director
Mark completed his studies in Physiotherapy / Exercise Science in 2007. Since then he has worked in private practice and public hospitals where he has developed a strong knowledge of occupational health and safety and injury prevention/management programs. He has developed a firm set of skills in occupational rehabilitation and has implemented various training and illness preventative programs into a multitude of large organizations.
His clinical areas of interest include chronic disease management, lower back pain and workplace injury management. He is passionate about working closely with medical personnel ensuring patients gain access to the services that result in better health outcomes. In 2012 he was the co-founder of my Health Team which provides allied health services using a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care within general practice centers.
His keen interest in sport has allowed him to work with a number of rugby league, gymnastic and football clubs and still maintains a strong interest in sports physiotherapy. His personal interests include downhill skiing, travelling (whenever he can) and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in the great outdoors.

Jennifer Glover – BKin, ESSAMAEP
Jen graduated in Canada from the University of the Fraser Valley and obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2009. Jen has over 2 years of exercise rehabilitation experience and has worked with a wide range of patients; from chronic conditions to musculoskeletal injuries. As an AEP with my Health Team, Jen provides passion, knowledge and inspiration to her work. She also strives to encourage, support, and challenge her clients to feel strong, confident and to find exercise programs they truly enjoy. Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends, she also loves being active in the outdoors; hiking, snowboarding and surfing.
Nicolas completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Movement Science in 2011 and a Master of Physiotherapy Studies in 2013.
Since graduating he has worked in the aged care sector where he focused on pain management and rehabilitation.
Prior to working as a physiotherapist Nicolas spent five years operating his own personal training business and spent several years at the Queensland University of Technology as a tutor in Resistance Training, Anatomy and Biomechanics.
His personal interest include powerlifting, mountain biking and cooking.
Sophia completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) in 2011 at Queensland University of Technology and went on to complete her Master of Dietetic Studies at the University of Queensland in 2013.
Sophia has extensive experience helping clients on their weight loss journey, using cutting edge scientific methods to take the guess work out of weight loss.
Since graduating Sophia has also worked in private practice, focusing no a borad range of clinical conditions from chronic disease management in all ages, to food intolerances. She has also worked in nursing homes and aged care facilities helping the elderly eat well and stay healthy to avoid unintentional weight loss and malnutrition.
Her personal interests include dancing, cooking and staying active at the gym.
Granville is from the beautiful City of Cape Town, South Africa. He finished his Bachelor’s degree in Podiatry at The University of Johannesburg in 2000.
He joined a busy private practice in Cape Town where he dealt with all aspects of Podiatry. This was followed by a stint of a few years working as a Podiatrist in London and Cambridge, United Kingdom where he had the opportunity to gain more clinical experience in a large multi-disciplinary practice as well as in orthotic manufacture with a large orthotic manufacturing laboratory.
After leaving the UK he joined the same practice he left in Cape Town and practiced for another 11 years.
The idyllic and safe lifestyle of the beautiful Australia enticed Granville to relocate and settle his family ‘Down Under’ in 2016.
He has a keen interest in Podiatric Biomechanics as well as Paediatrics but really enjoys all aspects of Podiatry.
When not treating painful feet, he enjoys the odd round of golf when the opportunity arises.
Mohammad Khayrolomoor Clinical Psychologist M.Sc. B.A. MAPS MCCLP
Mohammad is a clinical psychologist with 30 years clinical experience, working in a number of different mental health services in New Zealand and Australia. He completed a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Clinical Psychology at University of Baltimore (U.S.A) and after living in Holland for a few years, he migrated to New Zealand, when he worked as a full time clinical psychologist for more than 10 years.
Mohammad migrated to Australia in 1998 and since then he has worked as senior clinical psychologist for 3 different Health Service Districts of QLD Health, and in private practice. he provides clinical psychology services, including assessment, treatment , and counselling for adults and elderly clients and his areas of expertise include treatment of all anxiety disorders (including generalised anxiety disorder, panic, phobic, obsessive -compulsive disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder), all depressive and mood disorders, adjustment disorders, stress and trauma, rehabilitation and supportive therapy for psychotic illnesses, personal issues, couples counselling, grief counselling, assessment and screening for dementias.
Aside from being a movie fan and music enthusiast, Mohammad is a soccer tragic and while he always supports Aussies in all sports, when it comes to rugby union, he is a devoted All Blacks fan and has even performed the Hakka in a public hospital!
